From the living room you also gaze to the beautiful pool area. The big panoramic window with its sliding windows with secury glass can be opened to 2/3. A modern inverter air-conditioning keeps the room at a comfortable temperature.

The kitchen is modern and with a classic design and assimilates very well with its bar area into the open living area. The kitchen is completely equipped, so that all your wishes will be fulfilled.
The main sleeping room with en-suite bathroom
The big main bedroom is located in a tower and it's so special because of its extraordinary round shape. From the bedroom you can reach directly the lovely modern en suite bathroom or you can get directly to the living room.
The bedroom disposes about a master bed 1,80 m x 2,00 m and is suitable also for large persons, whis is not easy to find in Spain. Further more you have a built-in wardrobe and a commode as well as a dressing table to store all your personal things.

On this separate terrace you have your entire privacy. From here you overlook the Mediterranean garden, the city of Denia, the Sea as well as our mountain Montgo. Here you can chill or make a barbecue and dine in the shade of the trees.
